About me

Overview

I am a Technical Product Lead with more than 12 years of experience across applied AI, mobile engineering, scalable digital platforms and technology product delivery.

My career has progressed from hands-on Android development to engineering leadership, project coordination and product strategy. I have contributed to technology projects connected to Australia, Canada, Japan, the United States, Qatar and Bangladesh, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn complex requirements into reliable, user-focused digital products.

A significant chapter of my career involved contributing to RingID and RingID Live, international communication and social platforms with production availability across 177 countries. During my contribution period, Firebase Analytics recorded more than 9 million new users, while Firebase Crashlytics reported 99.9% crash-free sessions.

I currently work as Technical Product Lead at Tipaload in Australia, where I lead digital product development and applied AI initiatives across voice automation, operational workflows, platform integrations and customer-facing systems.

My work combines technical understanding, product thinking and operational insight. I am particularly interested in building AI-enabled products that move beyond demonstrations and perform reliably in real-world environments.

Research and applied AI

Where my technical grounding started

National ICT Research Fellowship

My foundation in AI research began when I was selected for a national ICT Research Fellowship funded by the ICT Division of the Government of Bangladesh.

Postgraduate research focus — Multilingual Semantic Machine Translation

The research explored how semantic and language-processing approaches could support communication across multiple languages.

The fellowship was awarded through a government-funded national research scheme and administered through the American International University-Bangladesh.

I later continued my postgraduate education in Australia with a focus on machine learning and big data, building on my research background to explore practical applications of AI and data-driven technology.

The government approval and renewal records identify me as a funded postgraduate research fellow and document the approved fellowship payments.

Applied learning and social impact

As part of my Australian postgraduate studies, I contributed to an AI-supported educational project exploring how technology could assist children experiencing speech, language and attention-related learning challenges.

The project strengthened my interest in building technology that is not only technically capable, but also accessible, responsible and relevant to real human needs.

Leadership, teaching and mentoring

Investing in people

Beyond product development, I contribute to technology education, lecturing and professional mentoring.

I have supported university students, interns and early-career professionals in Australia through academic, workplace and industry-linked programs.

My mentoring approach focuses on helping participants develop:

Practical technical skills Structured problem-solving abilities Professional communication Workplace confidence Understanding of real product environments Readiness to work with cross-functional teams

I see mentoring as an opportunity to connect academic learning with practical industry experience and to support the next generation of technology professionals.

Community and professional contribution — AIUB Computer Club

I was involved in establishing the AIUB Computer Club and have been recognised as a Founder Member and Honorary Life Member.

The experience contributed to my early development in technology leadership, student engagement and professional community building.

Personal philosophy

What I build from

Technology creates the greatest value when it combines strong engineering with a clear understanding of people, operations and real-world constraints. My approach is grounded in three principles:

Build with purpose
Start with the problem, the user and the outcome — not the technology alone.
Design for reliability
A successful system must perform consistently under real operational conditions.
Measure meaningful impact
Technology should improve experiences, strengthen operations or create measurable value.
